THis package INCLUDES 3 meats, 2 sides, bread, condiments and bbq sauce (SIDES ARE SELF SERVE)
 
DRINKS can be added for $2.00 per person AND Banana pudding can be added for $3.50 per person 

INcludes pitmaster with pit on-site, cutting the meat for you and your guests 

Our staff will arrive about one hour prior to the event to set up our serving area AND serve for two hours (additional hours may be added for a fee) 

INCLUDED: SERVING TABLES, TABLE COVERS and CHAFFING DISHES

At the end of the meal, we clean and break down our serving area

NOT INCLUDED: BUSSING TABLES, TAKING TRASH AND CLEANING THE VENUE BEYOND OUR SERVING AREA
